Mashed potato pizza roll

Ingredients:800 g (1.7 pounds) mashed potatoes;
1 egg;
1 tsp dried Italian herbs;
½ cup breadcrumbs;
20 sliced salami;
4 slices cheese.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190C (375F).
Combine mashed potatoes with egg, Italian herbs and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper if using unseasoned mash.
Layer salami slices over a parchment sheet to form a rectangle. Spread mashed potatoes all over. Top with sliced cheese add roll carefully, removing parchment as you go.
Carefully transfer over the baking sheet using the same sheet of parchment. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
