Caramel, pistachios and melted chocolate: the recipe for a tasty biscuitIngredients:
250 gr of flour
175 g of butter (at room temperature)
75 gr of powdered sugar
For the caramel;
1.5 cups of powdered sugar
Half a glass of water
Half a cup of whipped cream
70 grams of butter
For the filling:
1 cup of pistachios without salt
150-200 g of milk chocolate
Make fork holes in the dough; add caramel and pistachios and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°; add butter and cream and bake for a few more minutes; put in the fridge and enjoy your cake.
