Cut the puff pastry and fill it: a nice and good recipe

Ingredients:2 rolls of puf pastry
150 gr ricotta
Arugula
2 yolk
You can fill the puff pastry as you prefer.
Directions:
Cut the puff pastry and fill it. Cover the squares with yolk and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
