A creative idea to impress your guests.Remove the stem and scrap out the gills with a spoon, brush olive oil and bake for 5 minutes. Then add mozzarella cheese and crack open an egg onto the muschroom. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Season with salt and spices.
