Ring of piggies: easy and tasty!

Ingredients500 g brioche dough
30 mini sausages
1 egg
Fresh rosemary sprigs and red ribbon for decoration
Method:
Roll out the dough and cut thin strips.
Wrap the dough around every sausage.
Arrange 20 wrapped sausages, point side down, in circle on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place remaining sausages in the center of the ring.
Wash the wreath with an egg.
Bake 16-18 minutes on 200 degrees or until golden brown.
Decorate with rosemary and red ribbon.
