How to make a "floral" sponge cake

Ingredients:4 eggs
80g sugar
60g butter
5 drops lemon
80g flour
Green and yellow food coloring
Milk chocolate (to melt)
Directions:
Print a sheet of paper with many sunflowers and cover with a sheet of parchment paper. Trace over the sunflowers with normal chocolate and yellow for the petals. Place in the freezer. Then separate yolks and white and mix the yolks with the butter and 40g of sugar, lemon and flour. Then combine the two batters and add green food coloring. Pour the batter in the pan with the sunflowers and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Then decorate as you wish - custard and fruit would be perfect - and freeze.
