Add pumpkin to the cream and then cover cookies: a tasty no baked cake

Ingredients:4 yolk
140gr sugar
45 gr cornstarch
400 ml milk
1 vanilla pod
100ml cream
200 ml whipped cream
white and cocoa cookies
70 gr pumpkin
2 spoons of butter
vanilla
Directions:
Put milk, cream and vanilla pod in a pot and let it boil. In a bowl mix yolk, sugar and cornstarch. Mix it with milk and cream. In the same time cook pumpkin and squash it and add it to the batter with butter and vanilla. Make some layer with cookies and then cover all with whipped cream
