Pear cake: easy and tasty!

Ingredients:

Pie crust
40g sugar
40g butter
1 egg
50g almond powder
1 tsp vanilla

350ml water
150g sugar
100 ml lemon juice

3 pears
almond flakes

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar with a spatula, add egg and vanilla.
Add almond powder
Roll the dough and place it into a baking form, prick with a fork and put in the fridge for 30 min. Spread over the almond cream.
Mix water, sugar and lemon juice to make a syrup.
Peel and cut in half the pears, put them in the syrup at boiling temperature. Cook them until they become translucent. Drain them, then cut thin slices and put pears on the almond cream.
Bake at 160°C/320°F for 35 min
