Steamed brioches: the incredible recipe!

Ingredients:250g milk
1 tbsp yeast
1 cup flour
50g butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
Hazelnut cocoa spread
Directions:
Mix 1tbsp yeast with 250ml milk . Then mix 1 cup flour, 50g butter, 1 cup sugar and yeast’s milk. Divide dough in to 2 parts. Take first half and add 1/3 cup cocoa. Put both parts of dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out each piece of dough and put one on top of another. Create special form(roll up) and cut. Boil for 30 minutes. Add hazelnut cocoa spread.
