Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients:12 Jalapeno Peppers
12 Shrimp
Salt
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup Beer
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
Cut off the tops of the jalapenos and scoop out the seeds.
Dry the shrimp and season with salt. Insert 1 shrimp into each jalapeno, leaving the tail sticking out.
Whisk flour, the cornstarch, Old Bay and beer until smooth.
Whisk flour and salt.
Dip the jalapenos in the flour, and in the beer batter
Fry until the shrimp are cooked through and the jalapenos are golden and crisp, about 5 minutes.
