Apple Pancake Fritters: a tasty treat!

Ingredients:1 Packet of pancake mix.
Apple.
Caramel Sauce.
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Cut your apple into slices approximately 1-1.5 cm thick.
Remove the core of the apple.
Place onto baking parchment.
Drizzle over your caramel sauce and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Mix up a packet of pancake mix.
Dip your apple rings into the pancake mix and fry in the oil at 180 °C or 350F until golden, flip as you fry to get an even colour.
