Mini cream puffs on the bottom of the glass: a tasty and creative dessert

Hazelnut and chocolate, two flavors that combine perfectly. To make this creamy dessert, you have to alternate layers of cream and mousse with pieces of chocolate and a cascade of mini cream puffs: you're sure to succeed!INGREDIENTS
For chocolate mousse:
175g dark chocolate
125g whole milk
250g single cream
30g powdered sugar
For hazelnut cream:
500ml whole milk
125g sugar
4 yolks
200g single cream
35g 00 flour
180g hazelnut paste
15g starch
For cream puffs:
210g eggs
130g 00 flour
100g butter
5g sugar
200ml water
A pinch of salt
(Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 220°C. After the first 15 minutes lower the temperature to 190°C and bake the choux pastry for another 10 minutes.)
