Cut the dough and spread it with your fingers: a simple and fluffy snack

Ingredients:1.5 cups of warm milk
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon oil
1 instant yeast
1-2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanillin
1 pinch salt
6 cups flour
For the syrup:
2 eggs
1.5 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon oil
sesame
Directions:
Pour lukewarm milk and water into a bowl, crumble the yeast and add the sugar. Then put oil and the vanillin and mix. Add flour gradually and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours covered with a cloth.
For the syrup, mix eggs, yogurt and oil until well combined and no lumps remain.
Cut the dough into a rectangle and place it in a baking pan, spread it with your fingers and pour the syrup. Bake at 180°C for 30/35 minutes.
