Chocolate Banana Enchiladas: a dessert that's ready in no time!

Ingredients:2 Bananas.
hazelnut cream
4 Soft Flour Tortilla.
Oil for Frying.
65g Sugar
½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon.
Instructions:
1.Take a tortilla and place a generous tablespoon of hazelnut cream in the centre and smooth out to a circle roughly the size of half a banana.
2.Peel and cut your banana in half and place on the Nutella.
3.Now fold in the sides and then roll up your enchilada securing with a cocktail stick.
4.Fry your Enchilada in hot oil at 170°C or 340F for 3-4 minutes.
5.Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and then dip in the Enchiladas.
6.Finish with some caramel sauce.
