Creamy potatoes: the best potatoes recipe!

Ingredients:1 kg (2 pounds) zucchini, sliced ½-ich thick;
1 kg (2 pounds) potato, sliced ¼-ich thick;
1 tsp salt;
½ tsp black pepper;
½ tsp dried oregano;
2 cups full-fat cream;
1 ½ cup shredded cheese;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
chopped parsley for serving.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C (400F). Generously brush your cast iron pan or baking pan with vegetable oil.
Combine cream with shredded cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and dried oregano.
Season vegetables with a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to incorporate seasoning and start to lay vegetables into prepared pan alternating zucchini slices with potatoes.
Top vegetables with cream and cheese mixture.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
