Pizza cones: this dish will surprise you!

Ingredients:
6 waffle ice cream cones;
6 mini tortillas;
1 tbsp olive oil;
150 g (5 oz) minced beef;
½ cup roasted bell peppers, chopped;
1 cup tomato sauce;
½ shredded mozzarella;
salt and pepper to taste;
fresh basil for serving.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190C (375F). Wrap each ice cream cone with foil. Wrap mini tortilla around it and secure with a toothpick. Place each cone on a parchment covered baking sheet upside down and cover the tops with a tiny pieces of foil to prevent them from burning. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile heat olive oil over medium heat and fry minced beef for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add bell peppers and tomato sauce. Mix to combine.
Carefully remove tortilla cones from the waffle base, take toothpicks out. Fill each cone with a layer of cheese, minced beef and more cheese on top.
Bake pizza cones standing vertically for 7-10 minutes more, serve hot topped with basil leaves.
