Ricotta and spinach sunflower: this dish will surprise you!

It is a simple recipe with a surprising result. It is not only a beautiful dish, but it is also very tasty!INGREDIENTS
400g spinach
40g Parmesan cheese
350g ricotta cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
2 sheets of shortcrust pastry
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the filling by combining boiled spinach with the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Lay out the sheet of shortcrust pastry and spread the spinach mixture in the center and all around the edge of the pastry sheet. Cover with the other shortcrust pastry sheet and seal the edges by using a fork. Slice the circle into 16 sections and carefully twist each one to make the sunflower. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle the center with sesame seeds. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
