She carves squares out of the cake: a great idea for a creative dessert

Ingredients for the batter:4 eggs
4 cups (of coffee) sugar
4 cups flour
3 tsp hot water
2 tsp oil
1/2 grated lemon peel
1 packet baking powder
Ingredients for the filling:
1 pack chocolate pudding
1 cups milk
2 tbsp Nutella
Directions:
Mix eggs and sugar with the whisk. Add oil, water, flour and lemon peel. Add baking powder and keep on stirring.
Then pour the batter into a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 170°C.
For the cream, mix together the pudding mix with the milk and add two tablespoons of Nutella. Keep stirring until you get a homogeneous and dense mixture.
Retire from oven and cut the mixture in half. Take a square tin and carve squares out of one of the two halves. Spread the cream over the remaining part, then place the squares. Then cut along the edge of each square of cake. Decorate with almonds and chocolate chips.
