Espresso cups: a delicious way to serve coffee

Ingredients:2 ice cream waffle cones;
1 cup chopped dark chocolate;
2 chocolate cookies;
2 chocolate pretzels;
¼ cup chopped hazelnuts;
espresso, whipped cream for serving.
Instructions
Cut the bottom quarter of a waffle cone.
Melt dark chocolate over the double boiler or in the microwave.
Dip the bottom of an ice cream cone into a melted chocolate and place one chocolate cookie to imitate an espresso cup bottom. Cover insides of the espresso cup with melted chocolate to prevent any leakage. Freeze for 5 minutes.
Dip the rim of your cup into melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
Cut two top loops of chocolate cover pretzels to imitate an espresso cup handle. Dip each pretzel into melted chocolate and secure on the side of the cup. Chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
Fill with coffee. Serve with some whipped cream and more chopped hazelnuts.
