Beef and potato casserole: the tasty meal to try

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
3 lbs. peeled russet potatoes, sliced a ¼ inch thick
1 cup thinly sliced white onion
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp. pepper
3 cups shredded sharp cheese
½ cup chicken broth

Directions:
In a pan brown the ground beef then add salt and pepper.
Mix the paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut the potatoes in the slow cooker, add half of the onions, half of the seasonings, half of the meat, and half of the cheese.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
