Ingredients:
100g sourdough
300g all-purpose flour
150g water
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead. Once the dough is ready, form balls of about 100 grams and roll out the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and after 2 hours bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes. Stuff as you wish.
