Soft milk bread: the fluffiest dessert ever

This pull-apart milk bread is one of the most famous desserts and can be prepared in different versions. This Chinese recipe is perfect to get it really soft.
Ingredients:
250g Flour
30g sugar
3g Sale
185g Milk
3g Brewer's yeast
20g butter

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk, then mix flour, sugar and salt. Add the milk and stir, then mix the butter and form a dough. Let rise until doubling the volume, then roll it out and form slices. Then make balls and put them in the mold, let rise for at least an hour. Then sprinkle some flour and bake at 300° (150°) for 20 minutes.
