25 gr sugar
6 eggs
4 gr baking powder for pies
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Directions:
Beat the eggs and put all the ingredients in a food processor. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, let it rise for 2 hours. Then form balls and roll out. Wrap around the sausages and let rise for another hour. Brush the yolk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
