Chocolate filled cake: you have never tasted a pie so delicious!

INGREDIENTS

For cake:
300g Flour
1/2 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
300g Sugar
2 Eggs
60g Melted butter
60g Olive oil
2 tsp Vanilla extract
260ml Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar

For mousse:
1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp cornstarch1 cup sugar2.5 cups milk25g cocoa powder
80g melted dark chocolate
200g fresh cream
Flakes of almonds

METHOD

Mix together flour, soda, salt and sugar. Add eggs, butter, olive oil, vanilla extract, milk and mix well.
Add Vinegar
Grease a baking pan and pour the mixture.
Bake for 30 min at 180C/350F

For mousse: mix all ingredients except fresh cream.
