Sandwich Bread Crown: A tasty and easy to prepare dinner idea!

Here the perfect dinner idea!

INGREDIENTS
1 bag of sandwich bread
2 eggs
salt
pepper
60g béchamel
50g Parmesan cheese
ham
grilled eggplant
cherry tomatoes
oregano
cheese

DIRECTIONS
Cover a springform pan with parchment paper. Make a crown by using the sandwich bread slices all around the springform and also on the bottom. Alternate layers of ham, eggplant, seasoned cherry tomatoes, and cheese. To make this even tastier, spread some white sauce ( made by mixing together beaten eggs, béchamel, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper) over each layer of bread. Place cheese slices over the last layer of the crown and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
