Everyone is going to love this dish! INGREDIENTS
400g boiled potatoes
salt
pepper
parsley
100g bread crumb (soft part of the loaf of bread)
250g tuna
1 egg
40g ricotta cheese
breadcrumbs, as needed
DIRECTIONS
Boil and mash the potatoes. Let them cool and add to them a pinch of salt, pepper, the drained tuna, parsley, bread crumb and two spoons of ricotta cheese. Mix everything together and start making the tuna balls. If the mixture is too thick, add a few teaspoons of breadcrumbs. Cover the balls in breadcrumbs and fry them. If you prefer, you can bake the tuna and potato balls at 180°C for 20 minutes. To make them even crunchier, dip them in egg first and then, cover them in breadcrumbs.
