Eggplant kebabs: a mouthwatering recipe

A tasty recipe you must try!

INGREDIENTS
1 eggplant
olive oil
breadcrumbs
ham
cheese
salt
pepper


DIRECTIONS
Slice the eggplant lengthwise into 1 cm slices. Brush them with olive oil, cover them with breadcrumbs and bake them at 190°C for 20 minutes. Let the eggplant slices cool down and then place some ham and cheese on them. Roll them up and slide them onto a skewer to keep them from unrolling while they bake. Bake at 200°C for 10 more minutes. The eggplant kebabs are ready to serve!
