Chilli dog dip ring: the perfect appetizer recipe

INGREDIENTS:850g pizza dough
20 hot dogs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried chili
1 tsp salt
2 cups/400g minced beef
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
METHOD:
Chop the hot dogs in half and wrap each in a strip of pizza dough. Lay each dough wrapped hot dog piece in two concentric circles in an oiled skillet and bake in the preheated oven (400°F/200°C) for 20 minutes.
Fry onion and garlic with a little bit of olive oil in a saucepan. Add spices and meat stirring for a few minutes. Now add tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce and reduce until thick (add some water if necessary).
Pour chilli into the hole in the middle of the sausage ring and top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for a few minutes, till the cheese melts.
