Chinese Hot Dog Buns: so delicious!

INGREDIENTS:10 Wieners
1 beaten Egg
Sesame Seeds
Dough
370 grams Flour
1 Cup Warm Milk
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Active Yeast
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 tsp Sea Salt
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
METHOD:
1.Combine together all milk, yeast and sugar and let the yeast activates.
2.In another bowl mix flour, salt and baking powder.
3.Now add yeast mixture into the bowl with flour and add melted butter.
4.Knead the dough until smooth and elastic when done, put it in oiled bowl and cover with clean foil.
5.When dough has doubled its volume divide it into 10 pieces and make balls.
6.Let the balls rest for about 20 minutes and then roll each into a long rope.
7.Wrap wiener with dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of the wiener without dough on both ends.
8.Put the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
9.Now coat the rolls with egg and sprinkle with sesame.
10.Bake at pre-heated oven (400˚F) for 12-14 minutes.
11.Serve this delicious rolls warm.
