Chocolate and ricotta pie: you have never tasted a pie so delicious!

A pie delicious and easy!INGREDIENTS
for the pie crust:
150g butter
150g sugar
1 egg
vanilla extract
320g flour
40g cocoa powder
Fro the filling:
500g ricotta cheese
1 egg
150g sugar
200g chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Soften the butter by mixing it with the sugar. Add the vanilla extract and egg. Gradually blend in the flour, a pinch of salt and the cocoa powder. The dough has to be soft and compact. Refrigerate for at least an hour. In the meantime, prepare the filling by mixing the ricotta together with the egg, sugar and the chocolate chips. Roll out 3 /4 of the chocolate shortcrust leaving the rest to make the strips that will cover the top of the pie. Pour the cream into the pie crust, cover with the strips of leftover dough and bake for at least 40 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy this tasty pie!
