Cocktail meatballs: the perfect aperitif idea!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
3 tbs bread crumbs
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
SAUCE:
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 tbs soya sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

METHOD:
Putt all ingredients in one bowl.
Mix them very good with your hands until mixture is homogenous.
Make small (one bite) meatballs and put them in backing tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 220 C until golden-brown.
Meanwhile make the sauce in one big saucepan by combining all ingridients and cook it for approximately 10 minutes.
When meatballs are baked put them in sauce and cook for few minutes.
It is now time to serve these tasty bites with some great toothpicks.
