Chocolate cookie roulade: delicious, easy and without baking!

INGREDIENTS:400g cookies
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
200g melted butter
for the cream:
400g mascarpone cheese
200ml whipped cream
chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
crumble cookies, add the cocoa powder, sugar and butter and mix together to create an almost solid dough. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes and in the meantime start preparing the cream. mix the whipped cream with the mascarpone cheese, the sugar and chocolate chips. when the dough has become nice and cold, with the help of plastic wrap, spread it out as if it were a base for a roulade, spread the cream over top and gently start rolling it up. Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
