Potato roll: there’s no dish more delicious!

The potato roll is a quick and easy recipe that will please everyone. It’s the perfect idea for an appetizing dinner, it’s great both cold or hot!INGREDIENTS
800g boiled potatoes
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg
60g Parmesan cheese
30g butter
parsley
salt
pepper
for the filling:
200g ham
200g provola cheese
DIRECTIONS
Boil the potatoes, mash them and add the egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and the parsley. Then add one tablespoon of bread crumbs and continue stirring. Pour the mixture on parchment paper and spread it out until it forms a rectangle. Place the ham and provola cheese slices on it, roll it up using the parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes still wrapped in the parchment paper. Once the 25 minutes are up remove the parchment paper. We added some bread crumbs on the top of the roll for a little more crunch!
