Meat kebabs: the recipe that the whole family will enjoy!

Minced meat kebab is a quick and easy yet extremely delicious recipe. Its heart of string cheese and crispy bacon on the outside will drive people crazy!Ingredients for 6 kebabs:
500g minced meat
2 eggs
60g parmesan
50g of soft inside of bread soaked in milk
salt
pepper
parsley
PREPARATION
Mix together the meat, eggs, salt, pepper, parmesan, soft inside of bread and parsley. Create a not too soft dough. If this is not solid enough to shape your kebabs, just add a spoonful of breadcrumbs. Meanwhile, cut a piece of cheese into many rectangles and wrap around the skewer before baking. Slowly shape the minced meat around the skewer, then wrap a thin slice of bacon around. Bake at 180° for 20-30 minutes and just eat!
