Fried milk: a typical Spanish dessert, creamy and delicious

Ingredients:
500ml of milk
200ml of milk + 80g of cornstarch
lemon and orange peels
1 cinnamon stick
3 egg yolks
100g of sugar
1 vanilla
20g of butter
flour and eggs to coat
75g of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Oil

Directions:
Put milk in a pot, then gonna to warm it without getting to boil. Add orange peel and three lemon peels, finally cinnamon stick. Cover for 30 minutes. In a bowl add egg yolks and sugar and mix, then pour milk with cornstarch. Add mixture in the pot, continue mixing all. It will be very creamy, then add butter and vanilla. Pour in a mold and cover and wait about 30 minutes. Cut it into pieces, pass it though flour, then through egg and fry it. Combine sugar with cinnamon powder, and pass the fried milk through it.
