How to make homemade soft pretzels: easy and delicious

Ingredients:
500 g All Purpose flour
300 ml Warm water
40 gr Butter (room temperature)
7 gr Dried Yeast
7 gr Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1.5 tbsp Dark Beer (optional)
2 tbsp Water solution : 1.5 l warm water and 2 tbsp baking soda
Directions:
Put half of measured flour in a large bowl, add sugar, dried yeast, beer, half of measured water. Sprinkle salt over dry flour on the edges and stir together then add the remaining flour. Shape into a ball and cover for 30 minutes or more in warm place. Cut into 10 equal size and makes balls. Cover for 15 minutes. Make the dough into oval shape, roll into a cigar, thicker in the middle and slimmer on both end creating 'belly' in the middle, make the pretzel shapes, as video shows. Cover for 15 minutes and then put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Boil 1.5 water, after boil, add 2 tbsp baking soda. Put pretzels into the water solution for 30 second. Using knife to make incision on the 'belly'. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. and bake at 410°F (220°) for about 15 minutes until beautiful brown.
