Classic Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients for the crust
300g Graham crackers
40g melted butter
Ingredients for the filling:
680g cream cheese
170g sour cream
5 eggs
280g sugar
40g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons lemon sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Crust: Mix Graham crackers and butter in a bowl and lay out the crust in the pan: first press on the bottom and then on the sides
Filling: mix cheese and sugar at low speed and not with whips; add the eggs one at a time and then the 40 grams of flour, stirring for another minute; it's time to add the sour cream and mix another 60 seconds; finally add lemon juice and vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and pour the mixture into the mold; Bake for 15 minutes at this temperature, then lower to 130°C (260°F) and leave for an hour and a half.
