Carrots cubes: light dessert with a unique taste

Ingredients:
1 kg carrots
1 l water
5 tbsp of cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of chopped hazelnut
1 pkg of vanillin
5 tbsp of cornstarch
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of chopped hazelnut
1 pkg of vanillin
Shredded coconut
Directions:
Boil the carrots into the water and blend them. Then put in a pan with cornstarch, sugar, hazelnut and vanillin. Spread in a baking tray and freeze for 3-4 hours. Then cut into cubes and put in the shredded coconut.
