1 cup almonds
1 cup dates
1 cup unsweetened dried cherries
1 cup dates
1 cup unsweetened dried cherries
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse a few times. Process for 30 seconds. Turn off and plug the food processor. Scrape the edges of the bowl to make sure nothing is sticking. Process for 1-2 min continuously until a ball is formed. Place saran wrap on top of a cutting board. Put the ball on top of the saran wrap and press into a disk with your hands. Wrap the disk and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Unwrap the disk and place on a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares, 8 long bars or roll into 32 small balls. Wrap each square individually and store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
