Fluffy Buttermilk Biscuits: incredibly soft for a delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
5 tbs butter (cold and cut into cubes)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Smush the cold butter into the dry ingredients: salt, sugar, flour and baking powder. Then add buttermilk and mix well. Flour your hands and bring dough together, then with a biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuits. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F, until lightly golden brown.
