Delicious glass dessert: three layers of true pleasure

Ingredients:
For cream:
1 liter of milk
4 tbs flour
2 tbs wheat starch
1 glass of sugar
1 egg yolk
whipped cream
1 vanillin
Caramel:
1 cup sugar
4 tbs water
1\2 tbs butter
100 g sour cream
1 cup sugar
4 tbs water
1\2 tbs butter
100 g sour cream
1 glass of ground peanuts or hazelnuts
For the chocolate cream:
200 ml liquid cream
200 g milk
50 g dark chocolate
Directions:
Chop chocolate biscuits. Prepare the cream: combine milk, flour, starch, sugar and egg yolk into a pot by stirring constantly cook. Then add the vanillin and whipped cream and mix with the whisk. Get sugar and water cook on low heat until the sugar is melted and caramelized. When the sugar is completely melted, add the butter. Then pour the cream. Pour 1 glass of ground peanuts or hazelnuts. Bring 200 g of liquid cream to the boiling point for the chocolate cream, add 200 ml milk, 50 g dark chocolate and mix. Then in a glass combine the different layers: biscuit, cream, caramel and chocolate cream.
