In the kitchen with Grandma: the most delicious calzoni ever

Nice, sweet grandma Erminia welcomes us in her kitchen to prepare delicious fried calzoni.
Ingredients:
220g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
1 cube of yeast, dissolved in warm water
Filling:
200g ham
200g provolone cheese
200g ricotta cheese
Directions:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Then add the yeast dissolved in the water. Knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes. Then roll it out, make discs, stuff and deep fry.
