- Duchess Potatoes
Ingredients
1 kg COOKED POTATOES
100 g BUTTEr
2 tbsp CHOPPED PARSLEY
SALT TO TASTE
1 EGG
1 CAMEMBERT CHEESE
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine potatoes, butter, parsley, salt and egg in homogeneous mixture.
Use a plastic bottle and freezer bag to make mold for duchess potatoes, as in the video.
Put Camembert cheese in the middle of the baking tray and start shaping the potatoes with ye mold.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until duchess potatoes are golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients
500g pizza dough
100g pizza sauce
40g finely grated Parmesan
200g sliced pepperoni
150g grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method
1.Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
2.Top it with the pizza sauce, parmesan, pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.
3.Beginning at the bottom edge, roll the dough up and transfer it to the refrigerator to the firm, 15 to 20 minutes.
4.Split the dough in half lengthwise, exposing the striped insides. 5.Carefully lift up one half and lay it over the other half so that the two pieces form X. Working from the center out, twist each end until the two loose ends meet.
6. Lift the twisted dough into the loaf pan, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
7.Brush the top of the babka with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.

500 g (1 pound) pizza dough;
egg wash.

Instructions

Place beef and vegetables in the middle of each circle and top with cheese.
Gather the ends of the dough together and brush pastry bomb with egg wash.
Bake at 180C (350F) for 25 minutes.

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsp parsley
1 small onion, chopped

In a small bowl mix cheeses. Set aside.
In a medium bowl combine ground beef, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
Press the bread inside in the middle and fill it with cheeses, spread beef over the cheese.
