Fluffy Zebra Cake: The Perfect Dessert To Eat For Lunch Or Dinner

Ingredients:
10g cocoa powder + 30ml hot water
5 egg yolks + 1 egg
60g olive oil
80ml milk
75g flour
5 egg whites
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
75g sugar
Directions:
Whip the 5 egg yolks and the egg until mixture is smooth, then add the olive oil, milk and sifted flour. Separately, whip the egg whites with the cream of tartar and sugar. Combine the two mixtures gradually, then divide into two parts. Mix the water with the cocoa powder and then add it to one of the two portions. Alternate the two doughs in the mold, place it in a pan and fill it with water. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 50 minutes.
