Ingredients:
2 potatoes
salt
2 tablespoons of flour
Spices to taste
Chives or parsley

Directions:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and boil them. Crush them in a bowl and mix with salt, flour, spices and chives. Mix everything and make balls, let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fry in boiling oil.
