Jalapeno mummy

Ingredients:
5 jalapeno peppers;
1 tsp dry parsley;
2/3 cup cream cheese;
2/3 cup shredded cheese;
300 g (10 oz) pizza dough;
edible googly eyes.

Instructions
Slice jalapeno peppers in half and remove all the seeds.
Mix cream cheese with regular sharp cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Fill pepper halves with the mixture. Place into the freezer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile roll out the pizza dough and cut into thin strips.
Wrap top and bottom half of the pepper with dough, leaving some space in-between for the eyes.
Bake peppers at 200C (400F) for 10 minutes. Place googly eyes to decorate.
