Pumpkin cotton cake: so soft, it'll be love at first bite

The cotton cake is famous for its softness and lightness, add the pumpkin to enrich it even more.
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 egg yolks
30 gr oil
50 gr pumpkin puree
50 gr flour
3 egg whites
30 gr sugar

Directions:
Beat an egg and 3 egg yolks with oil. Then add the pumpkin and the sifted flour. Stir energetically to obtain a creamy mixture. Then whip the egg whites with the sugar. Combine the two compounds and pour into a 16 cm diameter mold. Place it in a pan and fill it with water. Bake at 300°F (150°) for 90 minutes.
