Potato cutlets with a tasty filling: a recipe you should absolutely try

Ingredients:
potatoes
salami
cheese
eggs
breadcrumbs
flour
Directions:
Put the potato to boil, allow 20-25 minutes to pass from when the water is boiling. Slice the potato, and fill with provola and salami as a sandwich. Flour the cutlet, coat it into the egg and then in breadcrumbs. For a more durable breading, coat again in the egg and then again in the breadcrumbs. Deep fry and serve hot.
