Cookie balls recipe : How to prepare a special no-bake treat in minutes

These no bake cookie balls are an easy and versatile recipe for a delicious snack. These are quite filling actually, and would be even more filling if you wanted to add nuts. That obviously would make it higher in fat but even more crunchy. Wet Ingredients: - 2 bananas - 5-7 medjool dates - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup of water or plant based milk Dry Ingredients: - 2-3 cups oats - 1/4 cup cacao powder Blend all wet ingredients together. If you don't have a blender or food processor, simply just mash bananas and cut up dates into small pieces. Measure and mix together dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the dry bowl and mix together. Depending on your preference for the texture, add more or less oats. Place mixed bowl into the freezer for 15-20 minutes, just so it will be easier to roll and not as 'sticky'. Roll into balls and refrigerate for another couple hours.
