Ingredients:
250g coconut flakes, shredded, unsweetened
40g powdered sugar
250g ricotta cheese
200g chocolate

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and then make ball. Dip the balls first in melted dark chocolate and then roll into the coconut flakes. Keep in the fridge for at least half an hour
